In 1998, after presenting the plan to Isfahan Scientific Research Town, we were accepted in this center with the central idea of ​​the traffic violation registration system called “Public Police”. In order to complete the team and implement our idea, after registering a company called “Imran Gostar Houshmand Arta”, considering the complexity of the idea that required complete knowledge of computer science in all branches, we decided to create, in order to reduce risk and initial investment, A strong team and acceleration in obtaining the prototype of the system with the APA specialized center in the field of computer science and located in the University of Technology to cooperate with a partnership agreement in the project and finally to continue the project by establishing a third joint company. Currently, our company is located in the center of Apa.*

The central idea of ​​this company is to build systems and cameras that are used in the field of traffic and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). With the benefit of artificial intelligence, this mobile system has the ability to detect and report fixed and driving violations, which automatically sends these reports to the traffic police for final confirmation and registration of violations. This equipment is installed inside the host and trusted car, which turns the said car into a smart and invisible mobile system. This whole system does not have one more user and that is the traffic police.
